Sales Tax-- VA residents will be charged 5% sales tax through Pay Pal
Customs/Duty Tax--international shipping does not include customs or duty tax.....these are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Returns Policy---There will be a 25% restocking and return fee for all manufacturers products that are returned unused/undamaged, buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refund for purchase price of and returned item (less 25% for manufacturers products) will be issued through Pay Pal when item arrives at BMH in the condition in which it was sent (new and completely unused).
For any item, buyer must contact BMH within 5 business days of receiving item concerning returns and must be shipped back to BMH within 5 business days of contacting us about the return. Buyer pays return shipping. *If your item is damaged in the mail please contact us immediately.
Manufacturer's products are defined here as the following: all Ashford, Louet, and Merlin Tree special order items such as drum carders, flyers, bobbins, loom parts, etc.
All custom made and clearance items purchased are non returnable and non refundable.
